Broward County, Florida Veteran-owned Launching soon

Describe the job. Get an itemized proposal. From $15 a bid.

Put in what you have from the driveway: the measurements, a few photos, the numbers you'd use. The bid app turns it into a line-by-line proposal under your license. Anything it can't confirm is marked, not guessed. You review every line before your customer sees it.

Launching soon: nothing is charged until the app is live. Plans from $175 a month for 5 bids.

Sound familiar?

The bid is the part nobody pays you for

You already did the hard part: you looked at the job and you know what it takes. Writing it up is what eats the evening.

The customer wants "something in writing by Monday." You have two photos and a voice memo from the driveway, and a Saturday night.

A burst pipe in Tamarac. You stopped the water tonight. Tomorrow the homeowner needs a written proposal for the repair before the insurance call.

Three quote requests from the weekend still sitting in your texts. Each one needs an hour at the kitchen table you don't have.

How it works

Ten minutes from the truck. The app does the typing.

You stay the estimator. The app does the typing, the layout and the questions you'd otherwise forget to ask.

  1. Describe the jobPut in what you have: measurements, photos, the customer's name and address, and the numbers you'd use.
  2. It asks, it doesn't guessAnything the notes don't cover (a count, a height, who buys the fixtures) comes back as a question or is marked Confirm on the draft. Your rates are your rates.
  3. You review every lineThe draft says DRAFT until you approve it. Change a quantity, cut a line, add an exclusion.
  4. It goes out under your nameA clean PDF with your business name, your license number and your terms on it, not ours. You send it to your customer.

Setup is one short call: your license number, your rate sheet or how you price, your standard exclusions and payment terms. Early access starts with that call.

What you send, and what comes back

Three invented jobs. Pick one to see how a voice note and two photos turn into lines a customer can read. Amounts stay blank on purpose: they come from your rates, not ours.

Try the math with your own number

The total is your rates times these quantities. Type one of yours; it stays in your browser and is sent nowhere.

Sample data. The business, the customer and the job are invented. On a real proposal the amount column is filled from your rate sheet and every Confirm is resolved with you before delivery.

Under your license

Your name and your license number on every page. Never ours.

Bids are prepared under your contractor license, so we ask for your license number and verify it before your first bid goes out.

  • We check the number against the state or Broward County record before your first bid goes out.
  • The proposal carries your business name, license number, contact and payment terms.
  • We don't sign anything, pull permits or talk to your customer. You do.
  • Some trades don't need a contractor license. We still ask what you hold and note it on the proposal.

Plans are month to month: cancel any time, with no cancellation fee. See Refunds and Terms.

What we don't do

Six things we won't do

A proposal is only worth sending if every number on it is yours. So we draw hard lines.

  • Invented quantities. If your notes don't say how many feet, the line says Confirm, not a guess.
  • Invented prices. Your rate sheet, your supplier numbers, your markup. We ask; we don't assume.
  • Promises about winning. A clear proposal is easier to say yes to. Whether the customer signs is between them and you.
  • Sending it for you. You approve every line and you send it. Nothing leaves without your OK.
  • Lock you in. Plans are month to month; cancel any time.
  • Anything under our name. We don't sign, pull permits, carry the license or talk to your customer.

Questions

What owners ask before the first bid

What do I put in?

Whatever you'd normally take home in your head: photos, measurements, the customer's name and address, and how you'd price it (your rate sheet, or a per-foot or per-square number). If something's missing, the draft asks instead of guessing.

When can I start?

The plans are launching soon. Book a 15-minute call to get early access; nothing is charged until the app is live.

Whose name is on the proposal?

Yours. Your business name, your license number, your contact details and your payment terms. KytherIQ appears nowhere on it. That's why we verify your license before your first bid goes out. See Under your license.

Where do the prices come from?

From you. On the setup call we load your rate sheet or how you price each kind of line. If a job needs something your sheet doesn't cover, the draft says Confirm and asks. It never looks up "typical" prices and drops them in.

How do the plans work?

Each plan is a number of bids a month. Solo is $175 a month for 5 bids and 1 user, Crew is $375 for 15 bids and up to 3 users, and Company is $600 for 40 bids and up to 10 users. That works out to $35, $25 or $15 a bid. Month to month; cancel any time.

What if the customer wants changes?

Edit the draft and send the new version. You stay in control of every line. See Refunds for how plans cancel.

Do you use my customer's information for anything else?

No. We keep what you send only to draft and revise the proposal, and we delete it within 30 days after the work ends if you ask. See Privacy and Your accounts.
